Game Introduction
RocketGoal places a soccer ball between fast cars and leaves everything to momentum. Driving itself is just the first skill you should master. Other skills include jumping, boosting, drifting, and approaching the ball at an angle that will enable a single touch to either result in a shot, pass, or a dangerous rebound. Fast-paced games make any kind of mistake clear to see, especially in cases where both cars of the same team go for the ball and leave the goal empty. The most rewarding experience in RocketGoal is to know where the ball is going to be, not where it is right now. A successful interception or wall read can lead to a score before the opposition recovers.
How to Play RocketGoal
Use normal driving for the majority of your positioning and use boosting only when faced with a challenge, recovering from a loss of control, or for a clear scoring opportunity. Drive towards the ball in such a way that it moves towards the target rather than hitting the ball as hard as possible from whatever angle. In cases where your teammate goes for the attack, always be well positioned to protect a shot or a counter-attack should it occur. If the ball is above bumper height, then jump to touch it, but not too forcefully until you can make long aerial shots. It is also easier to manage wall rebounds if you turn early to face where the ball will land.

Controls
Keyboard: Use WASD or Arrow keys to move, Space bar to jump, Shift key to boost, C to cycle camera if provided, and Esc to access menu. On touch screen, use the steering, jump, and boost controls provided in the arena view.
