Game Introduction

BuildNow GG requires the players to shoot like an FPS counterpart while building like a constructor. The walls provide cover from incoming fire, ramps provide elevation, while a simple edit turns a box into an opening for shooting. All of these together make every battle unpredictable. Even if the player loses the first angle, there is still plenty of time left to construct and reset the situation. The practice mode is useful due to the fact that the construction keys are uncomfortable until they become natural. After you learn the basics, battle becomes much quicker, and the reason for construction becomes more important than the process itself.

How to Play

Practice how to use wall, floor, ramp, roof, and edit controls in a training mode before using them in a real duel. If the enemy shoots first, put cover and restart the duel rather than try to counter the damage while standing exposed. Ramps should be used to gain height only when they provide a beneficial angle, and the window or pathway should be edited with a specific purpose in mind. Once shooting is done, close or delete the entrance before the enemy responds with his shot. Keep weapons in their usual position so they do not take your focus off moving.

Controls

Use WASD to move, Spacebar to jump, Shift to sprint, R to reload, and number or build keys to change items. You need to use the mouse to aim, left-click to shoot or place, right-click to aim, and the mouse wheel to change items.
